Spacious detached villa with wonderful views of the bay and located close to the rocky seashore, in a private and quiet location.
There is a separate covered tavern with BBQ, refrigerator, cooking facilities, table (at least 10 pax). Small fountain. The pool (with cascade) is surrounded by a panoramic terrace with space to laze in the sun or lunch under the gazebo.
The villa consists of:
Ground floor: living room (with fireplace, sofa lounge area, wall fan) that opens onto a panoramic terrace with wonderful sea view; separate kitchen fully fitted (dishwasher, microwave, toaster…); 1 double bedroom with sea view and en-suite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom (joinable), 1 single bedroom, 1 shower room. Air conditioned.
1° floor: 1 bedroom with bunk beds (sleeps 2); 1 bedroom with 3 beds, computer, telephone, fax and email facilities; 1 bathroom; terrace; air conditioned.
On the lower level, there is a another ship furniture bedroom with separate beds (en-suite room with WC and lavabo) accessible from a spiral staircase in the living room, fan.
