Residenza Gardenia is a recently constructed apartment complex, which is located 150 metres from the beaches of the lido at Alghero.
Extending over four floors, it comprises 61 fully furnished apartments.
The residence is equipped with lifts, a modern swimming pool (with paddling pool) and a large private car park (parking available on request).
The ground floor gives host to a supermarket and a bar that are managed by their own and seperatly from the apartment complex.
The centre of Alghero is located just 1500 metres away and there is a bus service to the town approximately every 30 minutes.
The complex offers two types of fully furnished apartments, sleeps for 4 or 6 guests each apartment.
All of the apartments are equipped with a safety deposit box and satellite TV input (with the option to hire a TV set from the residence).
The two-room apartment (4 sleeps) consists of a double bedroom, lounge with double divan bed and kitchenette, bathroom with shower and balcony or terrace with table and chairs.
The three-room apartment (6 sleeps) consists of two double bedrooms, lounge with double divan bed, bathroom with shower and balcony or terrace with table and chairs.

LEISURE & ENTERTAINMENT

Alghero is well known for its nightlife. Discos you can find in the surroundings outside the city and at the Lido. Night bars and pubs are numerous. Here you can taste the real ´Catalan´ nightlife atmosphere.
