The indicated prices are per day and apartment.
Minimum sojourn is 7 days.
Arrivals and departures possible every day.

Note: the arrival out of the booked hours will have to be discusses and defined in advance.
Additional mandatory charges to be paid locally:
Weekly fee: 49,00 per person (includes assistance, bed linen, the consumption of water, electricity and gas).
(in any case will be charged a minimum number of quotes of weekly fees, BILO = min 2 quotes, TRILO = min 3 quotes, QUADRI = min 4 quotes)
Final cleaning: MONO / BILO = 52,00, TRILO = 61,00, QUADRI = 76,00 (escluded the cleaning of stoven, frigo and kitchenware, extra cleaning = 50,00).
Deposit: 150,00 in cash (refundable at departure).
Additional optional costs to be paid locally:
Breakfast: 4.00 / day, per person
Television: 4.00 / day, min 7 days (as long available)
Washing machine: use of a commona washing machine = 5.00 per wash
Additional bed / cot: 8.00 / day, min 7 days
Bed linen: 7.00 / week, per person
Bathroom towels: 7.00 / week, per person
Extra cleaning: 15.00 / hour
FAX service: 3.00
Use of safe for cash / values: 10.00
