2012 - CASA DELLE GINESTRE (SG0240) - FUNTANA MEIGA
Prices are per day of stay - minimum stay = 7 days.
Additional obligatory costs to pay on site upon arrival in cash:
Cleaning:
The cost of cleaning will depend on the size of the house or apartment, and are provided unique for the cleaning at the end of the stay.
One room apartment: = 50.00 (holiday property with one room, = living room with sleeping possibility).
Two and three room: = 60.00 (Holiday property with 1 living room and 1 or 2 bedrooms).
Four Rooms: = 70.00 (Holiday property with 1 living room and 3 bedrooms).
villas: depending on size and amenities (eg swimming) is calculated separately and reported.
Note: The final cleaning of the property means that the property must be handed over in good condition or shape.
The cleaning of the kitchen (hob, oven, pots, cutlery, crockery and all kitchen utensils), outdoor grill or barbecue is to be performed by the guests.
Refrigerators and pantries have to be handed over cleaned and empty.
If this is not done, must be paid in addition an extra cleaning with a charge of 25.00.
Waste disposal:
It is subject to the provision of separate waste disposal, by the guest during their stay and must be performed on the day of departure.
Failure to deposit or disposal of domestic waste disposal will be charged an extra fee of 25.00 for every single disposal.
Weekly charge for consumption: = 35,00 for the consumption of electricity, cooking gas and water per person per week (children under 4 years free).
(Minimum charge per week and property = 2 rates for One room properties; = 3 rates for two-, three- and four-room properties)
Bed linen and towels:
Rental of bed linen and towel sets will cost 18.00 per person (to be ordered when booking).
It is possible to order a weekly change (change per person = 18.00).
Optional Charges: on site to pay in cash:
Mountain bike rental: = 12.00 per day, = 40.00 per week, = 30.00 per week for children (under 10 years).
. For weekly rentals, the MTB will be brought to the property.
Towels: 5.00 per person per week.
Sun loungers and umbrellas: (2 sun loungers and 1 umbrella) = 8.00 per day.
(It is recommended that these services will be indicated when booking, the availability is limited)
