PRICE LIST
2012 - VILLA GIANNINA (T10) - TORRE DELLE STELLE
Weekly price list in Euro per accommodation.
During the months July and August is required a minimum stay of 2 weeks.
Obligatory extra fees (to pay at the arrival):
Deposit: Euro 500,00 to be paid at arrival and will be refunded at departure after checking out of the accommodation.
Consumption of electricity and water: Electricity = € 0,20 for each kilowatt; tap water = € 1,00 for each metric cube (1000 litre).
Weekly fee: For Check-in & Check-out, final cleaning, bedlinen and bathlinen, maintainance of the property, assistence during the stay = Euro 30,00 per person and week.
Final cleaning kitchen: Euro 50,00 extra charge for kitchen cleaning if not left cleaned up when checking out.
Extra services available (to be requested at the booking):
Charwoman: the villa is supplied fully cleaned and partly re-cleaned once a week. Extra cleaning cost is Euro 15,00 per hour
Bed linen and towels extra change: will be charged for every change, bed linen Euro 13,00 per person; Towels Euro 7,00 per person.
Transfers: Airport Cagliari / Torre delle Stelle and vice versa, minimum per trip: Euro 75,00; up to 3 people: Euro 75,00; up to 7 people: Euro 95,00.
Pets can be allowed IN SOME VILLAS, but ONLY with our written acceptance for each booking at Euro 30,00 per week. We remember that the weekly fee includes the consume of gas (as described), final cleaning, weekly change of bed linen and towels per person, the maintenance of the property and its facilities as described.
The cost of one kilowatt electricity = € 0,20; of one metric cube of water = € 1,00.
