20% DISCOUNT in all periods Obligatory extra fees: (to pay in location)
Weekly charge: € 40,00 per person and week, children 0 - 3 years free, children 3 - 12 years € 20,00, the weekly fee includes the consume of water, electricity, cooking gas, bed linen, towels, the use of the swimming pool and its sun chairs (limited quantity).
Final cleaning: Mono 2 = € 40,00, Bilo 4 = € 50,00, kitchenette escluded. In case of a not cleaned kitchenette when checking out, € 50,00 extra charge.
Deposit: € 150,00 will be refunded after a control of the apartment when checking out. Deposits will be send by postal services in case of check out out of the office hours.
COMFORT CARD: (compulsory from 09/06 to 08/09): Mono 2 (One room apartment) = € 30,00; Bilo 4 (Two room apartment) = € 50,00 per apartment and whole stay.
Comfort card includes: “BEACH SET” available in each apartment for the duration of the stay (1 beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, 1 beach towel per person over 6 yrs), “WELCOME BREAKFAST” (the package includes: jam, nutella, milk, tea, coffee, 1 bottle of water, crisp bread and biscuits), “SPORTS” (included swimming pool use), “COURTESY KIT” (bathroom essentials); WiFi Zone; Excursions and car hire bookings possible(payable extras). Free Gift 1 Beach bag, headband or Sarong per apartment.
Not obligatory extra fees: (to sign when booking and to pay in location)
Beach service: 2 sun chairs + 1 ombrella = € 8,00 per day (period: 15/05 - 14/07 and 01/09 - 20/10); € 10,00 per day (in all other periods); distance ca. 5 km beach ´Centro Le Saline´.
Air conditioning: portable, € 100,00 per week.
Daily clean up: Mono 2 = € 15,00 , Bilo 4 = € 20,00 , escluding the kitchenette.
Bed linen & towels: Bed linen = € 10,00 per person & change, towels = € 10,00 per person & change.
Washing machine: common use with washing coins, € 8,00 per washing coin.
Cot: € 35,00 per week, in case of own cot, free.
Extra bed: to pay in location.
Internet: € 2,00 per day; € 10,00 per week (included when Comfort Card).
Pets: Only little size possible, not allowed on the beaches and public rooms and areas.
