Weekly charge: Included in the apartment rental, includes the consume of water, electricity, cooking gas, bed linen, towels.
Final cleaning: Mono 2 = € 40,00, Bilo 4 = € 50,00; Trilo 6 = € 60,00; kitchenette escluded. In case of a not cleaned kitchenette when checking out, € 50,00 extra charge.
Deposit: € 150,00 will be refunded after a control of the apartment when checking out. Deposits will be send by postal services in case of check out out of the office hours.
COMFORT CARD: Included in the apartment rental.
Comfort card includes: “BEACH SET” available in each apartment for the duration of the stay (1 beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs), “WELCOME BREAKFAST” (1 breakfast in the bar nearby, ca. 20 m distant), “SPORTS” (included swimming pool use), “COURTESY KIT” (bathroom essentials); WiFi Zone; Excursions and car hire bookings possible(payable extras). Free Gift 1 Beach bag, headband or Sarong per apartment.
